Trapped inside the box of anxiety.
Searching, and searching but no way out,
No matter how loud you may scream or even shout.
Trapped inside no light to be let in,
Like a fish in a bowl you do nothing but think and swim.
Trapped away from all communication,
Left alone to get out of the situation.
Trapped in all the stress and the lies,
