Sitting here all alone
My mind wanders
As the darkness grows
My world is dark
Unending pain
Has left me broken
No longer is there a day
There is no pain
From my head to my toes
Pain rages strong
Looks of pity and unbelief
All I really want is relief
No more pain and a cure
But I know there is not one in sight
so suffering it will be
Until someone sees the light
