There I ought to be,
Laying down under the moonlight;
Every part of me,
Indeed wishes to be there.
By the Orion’s Belt,
Satellites and constellations;
I may be out of place,
Longing home away from them.
In the brightest nights,
I sigh deep for higher neighbors;
I may be a starseed,
All alone in human robes.
There I ought to be,
Shining out throughout the planets;
With the cosmic band,
Dazzling up among the skies.
