Never forget the Lessons
Learned during the Month of Ramadan
From the beginning you were on a Boat
Sailing aimlessly while you Searched
Slowly you started to Find
Gemstones that were Rough and yet Sparkly
Not in a Treasure Chest but
Below Sea and on Deck and
When the Sun was beating down on You mercilessly
You continued Believe and gave Thanks
To our Lord Allah/God
When the Shores came in the distance
You did not Rush rather you kept your Stride
Until the very End
