Oh candle light would you please keep the hopes and dreams for many children burning as bright as you do,
The wax you spill as you burn represents the tears of those hoping for a better tomorrow
The enamel plate you stand on represents thosewho have nothing but give us everything just so we can make out
The light represents God, shining his light upon those who hope to be bigger than the stars and the universe
So many sleepless nights and restless hours of attempting to get the last maths sum correctly, and still you provide me with a source of light energy
So candle light if you could keep shining your light just a bit brighter, so I can make it out alright.
