The human body is a vehicle for the oneness that is contained within your physical existences. It knows nothing but it’s functions. Mind is all seeing and has no limitations. Even one’s very own eyes can only see what has manifested before them but lacks capabilities to see beyond. The oneness is mostly referred to as soul ,spirit,sometimes simply consciousness in its totality. We should ask ? thy where does one’s mind draw its energy that motivates thy in the physical. All being is mind and all done in mind is manifested throughout the being itself. Know thy self refers to the spiritual, the internal which requires inner-standing & over standing of ones self. Some will be lost and Misguided as they have become indoctrinated on so many levels due to the social structure that disseminates detrimental images,symbolism technology, and frequencies that eventually hijacks ones inner self & influences and promotes a external expression state of mind. When thy self goes looking for it’s true master. Thy ask ? “Where Is My Master”. I have found thy and thy is sleeping. “Wake up” 🙏🏾
