It was quiet and still
A couple of birds flew through the air in the distance
The silence was deafening
The trees laid out a dark rich green carpet
The color was luxurious
The sky was a pale blue grey with pillows of clouds scattered across
They broke up the sky with their placement and streaks
The sky was highlighted by light which created a shadow like effect similar to a renaissance painting
As I looked at the clouds, they became brighter, and started to turn a light pink
The longer I looked the deeper the color
