We feel loss just because we love.Always remember that.Loss only comes from love.
I guess the idea is to remember that love never fades it only evolves.
Similarly with loss it evolves with time.
i.e we learn to live with it.
But loss also comes with grief.
Grieve if you have felt loss at any point of your time.
