It is a beautiful fall day
You are in the forest
Surrounded by trees
The leaves that decorate the branches are golden yellow, red and orange
The air is cool and crisp
There is a hint of pine scent in the air
Pine cones are on the ground
You take a deep breath to take it all in
The air feels good to breath
You feel refreshed
As you walk down the path your feet push away leaves that have fallen
They rustle and crunch as you walk
Your steps are silent except for that because of the dirt path
As you continue down the path you see a doe through the trees
She has beautiful big brown eyes
You both freeze in your steps as neither of you know what to do
Once the doe realizes you mean her no harm she starts running through the trees and disappears
You continue walking down the path
You see light ahead where the trees part
You walk towards the light where the path ends
At the end you see a lake
Ducks are swimming in it looking for something to eat
Geese fly overhead
You sit down on a log to watch the activity
Fish jump up out of the water
You are entranced by the scene
You feel at peace
You close your eyes and listen to the sounds
