Step up, or step aside. This is the way we used to raise our youth. Letting them know what was expected of them.
And Not telling them everything was possible. So they wouldn’t walk into the future Deaf, dumb, and blind.
We used to prepare them for the times. That they would take the reins. Use the whole of their brains.
And they would do so willingly. If they were so inclined. But that breed of human being is in sharp decline.
Ones who are willing to learn. Look before they leap. And know the pitfalls.
Of the mountain they had to climb. But Helicopter parents and moral crusaders change the design. Believing that softer techniques make for better people.
And so parenting would be redefined. As a partnership between adult and child. Rather than a duty of a parent to raise a child. into a whole human being.
who is intelligent as well as morally benign. Not a drain on mankind. But to lesser concepts the masses resigned.
Maintaining that it has validity. No matter how asinine. In their devotion, they would turn blind eyes.
Unaware that in the long run, they are weakening the bloodline. Six million years ago to three hundred thousand. Three hundred thousand years ago to the present.
Marks our timeline. And our instincts have been completely undermined. Our intellectual growth put on auto pilot.
To the point we’ve fallen behind. Other societies who push themselves. No matter how hard the grind.
And their youth is primed. And more than willing to get ahead in this struggle. Because chances are they were born from behind.
But they won’t stay that way very long. Especially when their Competition have left their futures in doubt. As well as completely undefined.
